Shipping policy

We want getting your order to you to be as calm and straightforward as everything else about Gentle Journeys. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship
We deliver to UK addresses only for now, and we can't take international orders yet. If you're outside the UK, email info@gentle-journeys.co.uk and we'll let you know as soon as we can deliver to you.

Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is £4.99 (3–5 working days) and free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is £9.99. Small orders up to £11.99 can go by letterbox delivery for £2.49. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. We're a small team, so during busier periods this can occasionally take a little longer - we'll always keep you updated.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Tracking
Where tracked delivery is used, you'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delays
Occasionally delivery can be affected by things outside our control, such as courier delays or busy seasonal periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).

Returns
