We want getting your order to you to be as calm and straightforward as everything else about Gentle Journeys. Here's what to expect.

Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.

Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. We're a small team, so during busier periods this can occasionally take a little longer - we'll always keep you updated.

Delivery times
Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. An estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Tracking
Where tracked delivery is used, you'll receive tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delays
Occasionally delivery can be affected by things outside our control, such as courier delays or busy seasonal periods. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll arrange re-delivery (additional postage may apply).

Returns
