Step 2: It arrives ready
No assembly. No instructions to decipher. Everything arrives packed and ready to use. Your child can hold their bag within minutes of the box being opened. That first moment matters, and we think about it.
Step 3: Travel day
Your child carries their bag: familiar, theirs, already packed. The Sunflower lanyard is there for staff who know the scheme, without you having to explain.
Where do you get a Sunflower lanyard? One comes free with every bag and every card from us, and many airports also hand them out at their assistance desks, so it is worth checking your airport's accessibility page before you go.
